BeAlive, a new digital video entertainment network for the mobile, social generation of outdoor adventure enthusiasts, has inked a partnership with Bass Pro Tour angler and 2017 B.A.S.S. Angler of the year Brandon Palaniuk.
“When I started my career as a professional angler, all I wanted to do was be competitive and make a positive impact on future generations, but in recent years, I’ve fallen in love with storytelling through visual media on my own social platforms,” said Palaniuk. “When I met the team from BeAlive and heard about their mission, I knew it was a perfect fit and a huge opportunity to craft the future of social storytelling around so many of the other passions I share with my fans such as travel, training and cultural fun.”
Under the terms of the multi-year partnership, BeAlive will be developing and co-producing with Palaniuk original digital video programming and series based on topics ranging from fishing to adventure sports to outdoor lifestyle. In addition, Palaniuk will serve as a strategic advisor and brand ambassador for BeAlive’s fishing programming and series development strategy for its audience of 18- to 34-year-olds who share in his passion for the outdoors.
“We are extremely lucky to be partnering with Brandon, who is truly a leader of his generation,” said Tracy Benson, co-founder of BeAlive. “In addition to being one of the top anglers, he is an adventurer, athlete and advocate for great storytelling. He lives for his passions on and off the water, and his distinct point of view makes him extremely relatable to not only fishing fans, but a whole generation of outdoors fanatics who also love to learn, get out and adventure, and have fun.”
